Efektif Permai Sdn. Bhd. (EPSB) was incorporated on the 27th of July 1999 with the objective of venturing into a mix of sectors in the construction industry guided by the vast experiences of its expert directors and personnels.

Registered under the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB), EPSB holds a credible standing offering various construction services while collaborating with a number of relevant government agencies. The company is also a registered supplier and service provider for the Ministry of Finance (MoF). EPSB is a certified Bumiputera Contractor recognised by the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperative (MEDAC) as well as being recognised as a Rescue Contractor by the Ministry of Works (KKR). EPSB is currently based at K-01-01, Jalan GC 14, Glomac Cyberjaya, Cyber 4, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

The company’s current Paid-Up Capital stands at RM1,000,000.00 with an Authorised Capital of RM1,000,000.00 and 100% of its equities are held by Bumiputera shareholders.

In keeping up with the pace of the global technological advancement in the country, EPSB has geared itself towards pioneering many developmental projects specifically in building construction, infrastructure and civil engineering works, structure repair and strengthening, mechanical and electrical services as well as facility maintenance while simultaneously nurturing budding Bumiputera entrepreneurs who share similar aspirations.
